Adorable road side self serve stand. Delicious cookies, a cooler stocked with berries and eggs, plus dog treats! Definitely worth the drive and I will visit again

I went late in the day but there were still some cookies left. A client of mine made the recommendation. The cookies are AMAZING! I'm excited about the mulberries - they look delicious! I hope to make it there early in the morning one day, so I can experience more produce and other items in the cooler. For now, though, I'll be amazed if any of the six cookies make it home.... I'm betting they will be gone! Mmm There's also a lot of art prints, jewelry, T-shirts/hats, soaps and other fun things to browse. The farm stand is small but has a lovely assortment of things without feeling cramped or crowded. It was a nice detour on a beautiful summer day off work, country-cruising with my boyfriend!

Awesome little self-service farm stand. Stopped by for some starter plants for my garden - good selection and the starters seem very hearty. Grabbed some eggs and some brownie cookies, too - the cookies are insanely good! So glad I checked this place out - definitely plan to visit again ☺️

The most charming farm stand. What the Slifer family has created here is nothing short of storybook special, and you would be remiss not to make the trip there. The eggs are top-notch, and you can see and hear the working hens just a short distance away. And what a beautiful flock of birds! They span many breeds but are all clearly looked after with love. The wonderful local produce is supplemented by a collection of other odds and ends. I took home artisan handmade jewelry (Erin’s) that made for perfect gifts as well as some gorgeous photography prints (Shannon’s) that would make Ralphie Emerson blush. Whether you’re after some local eggs and honey or a gift/keepsake that is uniquely Illinois, the Slifer’s farm stand will have you set.
